Thirsty???!
Question: Thirsty!?!?!?
This is going to sound stupid, but I'm curious!. Is it normal to be super thirsty after a high carb!. meal!? This has happened to me quite a few times recently, and I was just wondering if I'm the only one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't mention whether you or your family have a history of diabetes !. Being super thirsty can be a sign of diabetes or a sign of too much salt intake!.
You may need to get your blood sugar tested!.

no i get thirsty alot like after i drink water 5 seconds later i have to drink again i get thirsty easily i dont really have to go to the toilet =} :D:D:D ur not the only oneWww@Answer-Health@Com

this could be a result of improper hydration!.!.!. how much water do you drink a day, and what kind!? I recommend alkaline ionized water, it hydrated up to 6 times better than regular water, and once you drink it for a few days or a week, you lose that sense of being parched!.!.!. but it requires that you drink enough, just like any water!.!.!. what else you drink affects this too, sodas and coffee and sports drinks are very acidic, and do not contribute much if anything beneficial to your system!. most people who get on alkaline ionized water end up quitting coffee and sodas and sports drinks!.!.!. there is nothing healthy about them!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
