What can I do to get more energy?!

Question: What can I do to get more energy!?
My problem is that I seem to have none, I'm tired no matter how much or little sleep I get, I always feel like I've had none!. The lack of energy means I feel heavy and achey all the time, and it's not particularly pleasant! Are there certain things I can eat or do to feel more awake, as the hours of sleep don't have an affect!? Would more fruit and veg help!? I generally get about 3-4 portions a day, if not 5, I'm not overweight but I don't do that much exercise (I'm starting to walk more) and I do eat enough, so it's not hunger related!. Is it related to the depression I had last year!? Should I mention it to a doctor as it's been going on for about a month now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even if the number of hours you sleep don't seem to effect your energy level, try to set a certain time to go to bed each night and get up each morning!. This will help your body know when to be tired and when to wake up, especially if first thing in the morning you go outside for a 15 minute walk - the sunlight has an effect on your eyes (something to do with melatonin I think) that wakes you up and helps set your internal clock!.

Regular exercise also is supposed to help improve energy, just don't do it within 4 hours of bedtime!.

Don't drink energy drinks!. Those things are bad for you!.

If it really makes it difficult to function, then go to your doctor for advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try going to the doctor!. if you want to get more energy, try eating light, but not too light!. or what you can do is keep moving!. if you feel tired dont sit!. but if you have been up for a long time and your tired, relax a little!. but if you have been up for like 10 min and your very tired, dont sit!. your body probably got used to being energyless and just wants to be lazy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It wouldn't hurt to mention it to your doctor as there are many things that could cause your symptoms!.

In my particular case, I found out I had sleep apnea!. I kept waking up all during the night and not realising it!. The next day I felt like I hadn't had any sleep at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

humans beings have always hunted, worked, killed to survive

now everybody's all "sedentary"

and you get really tired, a rigorous exercise regime can fix this!.

get the blood to circulate through your veins, make your heart pump better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

definately see a doctor! that is always the best option!.!.!. energy drinks will give you energy in the short term but its probably better to see the doctor as there may be a serious underlying problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You sound pretty normal to me other than your lack of energy!. Wouldn't hurt to visit a doctor once just to make sure everything is fine and something underlying is not being missed!.

drink energy drinksWww@Answer-Health@Com

if i continues you should ask for help from a doctor, and maybe they can proscribe a sleeping pill!. you could also look into how you sleep at night i could be the way your lay!. also watching T!.V or playing video games before bed isn't good and can make it very hard to get a good night sleep!. you could drink warm milk right before you go to bed so you will be relaxed and sleepy!. one more thing is that you could try is totally clearing your mind right before you go to bed!. oh a lot of people don't know that energy drinks and coffee DO NOT WORK!!! they give you a burst of energy and then you feel totally tired!!!!! also all the sugar can make you gain weight and the caffeine is bad for your heart!

best of luck sleeping!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
