Question: Is this bad!? is something wrong with me!? if so what!?
ok when i go to bed at night, i cant breathe to well, and i tend to like kick a my whole body twitches alot (while i am awake) and i dont feel comfortable at all!.

and idk why but for some reason i have to sleep with my fan on, but i MUST HAVE A BLANKET ON or i will not feel right!. even when im hot i only let my legs and arms out!. i have to have my feet, and like my body part thats all together covered!.

Most of the things you are describing sound natural!. I have many of those symptoms myself!. I cannot sleep without a fan!. I have a tough time getting to sleep!. I always feel hot, but need the comfort of a warm, down comforter!. Plus, I always need my arms and legs out!. I also love to have the thermostat set to about 65 degrees!

The leg twitching sounds like restless leg syndrome, but could very well be anxiety provoked!. I am not a doctor!. The breathlessness could be from the heat in the room, allergies, stress & anxiety or sleep apnea!. My guess is stress and anxiety!.

My advice: Get into bed: with your fan on, your feet and arms out of the comforter, and without your television or radio on!. Read a good book!.!.!.or start a diary!. I have to sleep with a sheet or blanket on too, no matter what time of year!. I think it has something to do with how babies liked to be swaddled and in a cocoon - maybe it's a holdover from that!. Or just that you're used to getting into bed and under the covers to sleep!. When I try to take a nap on the sofa or on top of the covers, I don't think my body thinks it's time to sleep!.

When I was a young girl I slept at my cousin's house and there was a bat, from that time on, I wouldn't ever have my arms and legs out of my blanket either and I prefer to have a blanket even in the heart of summer!.!.!.so no you are not abnormal!.!.!.you just might want to think about my bat experience and see if there is something that made you have to have the blanket on and arms, legs covered at all times too!. As for the twitching a lot of people twitch at night, but one thing helps, tighten your muscles for ten seconds at a time and usually the body parts won't twitch after that!. I don't think it's bad, or anything is wrong with you, I actually do the same thing in my sleep!. Let your doctor know, perhaps they can give you something to rest more comfortable at night!. If you dont want any medication, you should try to start to do some quiet meditation before bed!. Help t he body relax before you fall asleep!. We all normally go to bed tense and not realize it!. We are hot, cold, we toss and turn on move around!. This is our body not fully relaxed!. Sit down quietly and clear your mind and have no tv on, no noise no music, just quiet and let your thoughts clear completely!. Firstly do you regularly air your bedding or vacuum it to help rid the dust mites in it pillows included!?(this could help with your breathing, or pressure on your chest could compromise your breathing IE:big boobs sleep on your side) The twitching is probably cause your either an active person or a stressed person it's as the muscles relax (and can happen whilst your awake)!. The needing of pressure on your body could mean low blood pressure or comfort!. All normal stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you getting sweats for no apparent reason at other times during the day!.
Are any Lymph Nodes ( glands) swollen!.

Do you suffer from anxiety, do you feel lonely, are you feeling good and positive about your life etc!.

Is it really hot in your part of the world at the moment!?

Do you get plenty of Fluids, adequet nutrition (2fruit 5 Veg Protein, Calcium, Zinc, Vitamin D (sunlight)etc!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have OCD or anxiety!. Just try to relax before you go to bed like read a book!. also dont think about it cause that will make you more restlessWww@Answer-Health@Com
