Alcohol & Anxiety?!


Question: Alcohol & Anxiety!?
I understand that anxiety can be increased by drinking but what i dont understand is that i thoguth it was teh day after or something!. I start to get more anxious the moment i start drinking and i need to drink alot for the anxiety to subside!. then when it wears of it begins again!. its like alcohol triggers anxiety the moment i start drinking!.

everyone is different and everyone reacts different drinking alcohol , if you know alcohol have this affect on you why are you drinking ,
when you are having a anxiety attack your body releases its own chemicals to combat the feeling and with you drinking then all the different chemicals mixing together is like lighting a bomb , something has to give!.
if i was you i would be going to see someone for help, firstly for your ANXIETY you really need to learn to cope with that!.
you need to speak to someone about your DRINKING, alot of people can not drink alcohol for one reason or another!.
my brother can not drink any kind of alcohol it makes him angry , also i know what ALCOHOL can do both my parents were ALCOHOLIST it destroyed our family, by brother and i were both taken off them and put into state care!.

PLEASE GO AND GET SOME HELP BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!.

Well, it's kind of obvious that drinking does not agree with you at all!. Right!? You're not alone in this; a lot of people react badly to alcohol in various ways!. Sounds like it'd be better for you not to drink rather than to have to drink so much to have a little period of less anxiety followed by more anxiety!. Don't you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
