I would strongly advise against it!. You are not completely healed until the stitches are removed!. And lake water is often contaminated!. You could infect the wound, and it would take twice as long to heal!. Better stay dry until you're all well!Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have stitches because the wound is large enough that the blood platelets alone cannot close it !! Water weakens the platelets trying to act as a temp!. cement and wet stitches stretch and weaken as well!! -creating obvious problems!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
