Question: Anything out there guaranteed to make you sleep!?
For the past few nights, I have been struggling to sleep!.
I know I'm under a lot of stress with my family, and drama with friends and such!. I've had a lot of the same problems I have now that I did a few years ago, and I slept fine back then!.
But, when I go to bed, I'll just lay there and I feel tired, but sleep won't come!.
I've tried taking relaxing baths before I go to sleep, listening to soothing music, drinking milk, eating turkey, exercise, and just overall making sure that I'm calm enough to sleep!.
None of it worked!. I really don't want to have to take any kind of medicine or sleep pills either because then every night I will be wanting to take it when I have trouble sleeping!.
Are there any natural things out there that will definitely put you to sleep!? Like foods you can eat, or scents that you smell that put you to sleep!?

having a regular schedule is very important when it comes to sleep!. meletonin is the hormone your body produces that makes you tired to go to sleep!. when you alter your routine, meletonin could be released at random times that might not be when you want to go to sleep!.

I would try Melatonin or Tryptophan, theyr both natural!. If that doesnt help, go buy some tylenol p!.m!. an that'll knock ya out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
