Well just like on your chair!.!.!.make sure the height of your chair is adjusted correctly to where your screen is and put your feet flat on the floor and sit straight!. Yeah but you're not really supposed to lay your hands straight down while you're typing!. you could get one of those things like a gel pad thing to rest your arms on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
