Question: It feels like bugs are crawling under my skin!! Whats happeing!?
Ok, since possibly the begging of this year, I've had these (hard to explain)
-jerks
-spasms
-jittering
it feels like a big pump of blood
or bugs crawling around under my skin!.
(maybe in the blood)
And I'm just so annoyed with it!.
I just lye down, or sit, or stand etc and all these sudden bubble popping bobs just jittering around for
it can be just one, and stops and then a second later it;ll happen and over and over again!. Like a pattern unitl I move my body, but they'll just return!.

sounds like involuntary muscle twitches; the reason are usually benign, could be from coffee, asthma inhalers etc!.
Sometimes it is from other medical reasons; so you should definately ask your family doctor about it, but I bet anxiety probably just worsens the twitches, so relax and just make the appointment so the doctor can find out why and ease your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That really doesnt sound good!. Instead of asking people on yahoo answers you should go to the doctor or even the hospital right now!. Dont waste time!. Ignoring a problem and not getting help only makes things worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
