if the child is in pain and straps are digging in them either loosen straps to allow for body warmer and all its padding!.!.!.or maybe use something similar to the strap covers you get for a buggy when a baby is in there!.!.!.these are like padding that go round the straps!.!.!.just a suggestion!Www@Answer-Health@Com
