somehow I forgot to take it all weekend, sat and sun so this morning I took three to catch up!.
I know this has to have some affect on my health, or is it okay just this one time, or should I have just skipped those days and only taken todays!?

Check the instructions on your pill packet!. It will tell you what to do if you miss a pill!. If you missed three days, even if you took them all at once later, you are not protected from pregnancy for the rest of the month!. Use a backup method of birth control (condom, etc!.) until you start your next packet of pills!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It probably won't harm you this once, but you aren't properly protected so be sure and use condoms the rest of this pack of pills, then you should be fine again once you start your next pack!.
