I am on a bad sleeping schedule how do I get back on a good one?!


Question: I am on a bad sleeping schedule how do I get back on a good one!?
Okay , It is my Summer Vacation and I am on a sleeping schedule where I go to bed at like 1-3 then I wake up at like 12-1!. I am almost 13!. I am getting upset because I miss half of the morning/afternoon and i don't go outside to often because of the weird schedule!. How can I get back on a god schedule!. Like go to bed at like 10 or 11!. and wake up at like 9!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need to force yourself to get up at your desired time for 2 or 3 mornings and then go to bed at about 10 or so!. This will leave you tired for those days but your body should adjust over the few days and allow you to sleep when you go to bed then at the earlier time!.
Don't nap during the day because this will make you less sleepy at bed time!.
I think 8 hours is a good amount of sleep for someone your age!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tell someone that its important that you wake up and get out of bed at 9!. In the evening b4 bed make sure your curtains are open so that in the morning the light will help you wake up!.
Go to bed roughly when you get tired or when you normally go to bed!.
Get woken up at 9 and you will be tired all day but don't nap!.
Then go to bed at 10 and make sure you wake up at 9 - you will still, at this point, want to sleep in but fight it!. eventually after a few days it will get easier and feel normal againWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sleeping is very essential to life and for healthy life, as sleep will provide necessary relaxation for our body, and sleeping after sunrise is not good for the body, so better sleepin schedule will be to sleep at 10PM and to get up around 5-6 am will be healthy option, but due to busy schedule may not happen, but minimum 8 hours sleep for a healthy person is necessary,Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh my gosh i do the exact same thing!. and im the exact same age!. and i fall asleep and wake up at the exact same times!. thats so weird!.

what i would do is just go to bed at like 1 or 2 one night and then get woken up at like 8!. then you'll be tired that night and go to bed early!. simple!. thats what im going to have to do because im sleeping my whole summer away!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should get at least 9 hours of sleep and maybe your schedule should be going to bed at 10 then you could start waking up early!. don't take a nap during the day because if you do you will stay up all night!. if you do go by the schedule i gave you then your sleeping schedule should be fine in about a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

TOTALLY the same thing here,seriously im on the same schedule!. its so frustrating, i miss out like onthe whole day bc im so tired! but i cant fall asleep any earlier!.!.so i am going to read your answers!. i planned on just making myself get up at like 8 am one morning to set my sleep schedule back drasticallyWww@Answer-Health@Com
