Lay off the broccoli, cabbage, sauerkraut, mustard, mayonnaise, heavy mayonnaise type salad dressings, cold cuts, bologna, dry cured smoked sausages, full fatty sausages, deep fried oil soaked fast food, junk food and soda because that junk is what the cause of such raunchiness!.
Also, take small bites, chew your food slowly before you swallow not wolf your food down like a pig and swallowing it too fast before chewing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to think that I didn't fart,I used to tell people all the time " no,really,I just hold them in,and they go"!.
That was until I spent a few weeks staying with my best friend,we had to share a double bed and she told me that i fart loads of times as soon as I'm fast asleep,so I must've just been saving them up all day then lettin rip under the covers!!.I know its true too coz I'm much older now and both of my long-term partners have told me the same thing too!. lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
