Any home remedies for lower back pain?!

Question: Any home remedies for lower back pain!?

It's been killing me lately!. Anything I can take besides OTC stuff!? Any exercises that will help it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

as far as RX goes, I took a muscle relaxer once (Soma) and that helped soooo much!. But if you can't get ahold of that, OTC stuff will do!. Try a very hot heating pad, or take a hot bath!. Heat always helps when I wrench something!.
