Answers:
Nope, not normal!.

You overexerted yourself!. Could be low blood sugar, as well!. Low oxygen levels, too!. Regardless of the specifics, you did more than your body could handle that day!. Did you eat enough that day!? Did you sleep enough!? Drink enough water!? Was it a lot more exercise than you usually do!? I'd look at all the factors, and the next time you go swimming do about half what you did this time!. Make sure you eat a good meal a few hours before you swim, as well!. Drink a lot of water that day, and bring a bottle of water with you and drink it while you swim!.

Swimming takes a lot out of you and you might not realize the way you would when you're running or something!. You used up all your body's resources, so next time just make sure that you've got enough energy stores (food, sleep), you're well hydrated (water the day before, day of, and during), and just do a bit less and work up to longer distances!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
