Why do My hands Shake!?!

Question: Why do My hands Shake!!?
My hands shake constantly!. all the time!. never stopping!.
its very irritating and no im not stressed or anxious or nervous even when im in the happiest mood if i put my hands out they shake!. Its not like mega shaking but it is noticeable!.
If it helps i also get random twitches if i hold them out to look at them!.
And yes i feel this is a problem because it effects my writing skills and i am currently a student so i really need them!.
I am only young (13) so i have a feeling its not parkinsons!.
i have asked my parents to take me to a doctor but they simply will not!.
they dont think its affecting me butt i really dont like it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
well, it all depends on the level of shakiness!. if its just a slight tremble, all of our hands shake a slight bit, because of slight contractions in the hands!. but if its mild to very shaky!. then it sounds like low blood sugar (Hypoglycemia) to me, when you have low blood sugar your mussels are deprived of fuel, as a response the body's adrenaline systems kick in!. The circumstances will make it obvious if this is what is happening in your case!. A low blood sugar is most likely to occur if you eat a lot of sugary snack foods!. these make the blood sugar sky rocket, then plummet rapidly!. the answer is to eat foods where the sugars are digested slowly!. for example, for breakfast instead of a sugary cereal, eat porridge or grits!. for snacks instead of little Debbie's and puddings, eat fruit, and instead of power waters such as Gatorade and vitamin water, drink regular water or juices!.

EDIT: Ok, well if everything is like you said it is, and it is dissrupting your activites such as writing then it could be a possible mental disorder!. allthough its impossible for me to know for certain because there are a vast amount of possibliliys out there!. possibly brought on by a injuary, or maybe a vitamin depravsion!. I would ask your guardian to schedual an apointment with you're local pediatrican!. and if that doesnt satisfy you, you could perform your own self evaluation!. first while laying on your back have someone take a key or something hard and small and scrape it very lightly and quickly from the heel of you're foot up tword the toe!. if the foot crunches in, then your ok, if it goes out, then there is a problem!. if that comes out ok, then do this last one!. stand up and have someone standing near you, and close your eyes!. if you lean in any direction involentary!. then you must seek medical attention imediatly!. otherwise, ask if you can have a exam by your pediatrician!. and it is highly unlikely that it is parkinsons because that is really like the wearing out of a part of the brain which is why it normaly occurs at old age, its not a dissease brought on by a bacteria or injury!.

also!.!.!. for those of you that posted simply ask someone to help you, or talk to a parent or a nurse!. im sorry, but allthough this is the most reasonable idea, this isnt what she asked, she asked for someone to tell her what they think is wrong with her!.!.!. im sure she understands that she should talk to someone, i just hate it when people just say, seek help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have a similar problem and i am 14!.
it may be very low blood pressure which i get as well which causes shaking, lightheadedness and dizzines!.
it may also be that you don't eat enough - make sure that you eat three main meals and snacks - it sounds like you will eat a lot, but increasing your food intake should help!.
good luck

If your parents won't listen to you then talk to your teacher or authorities like that to talk to your parents And specifically tell your teacher not to tell them it's for discussing this until he/she has met them coz they wont take it seriously!. That should bring their attention to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

since you're a student, better go to your school nurse first!. That's the best way to start if you really want a professional help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
