Answers:
if you have no other symptoms, it may only be allergies!. SEE A DOCTOR!. it is not good to have fluid in you lungs because that means pneumonia!. you may just have sinus problems!.
is it very bad!?
when i was little, i got sick lot with pneumonia and would constantly have a similar problem!. your doctor can tell you exactly whats wrong, but dont wait!.
Dairy foods, mainly milk and ice cream, will worsen these symptoms so avoid them!.;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

more then likely its bronchitis, this is normally associated with smoking, if you live by someone that smokes, if you work somewhere where smoke is promonite, then this is more then likely the issue!. if that's not the case, you could simply have the common cold!. but the most obvious thing you should do is seek medical attention, more then likely you will receive a prescription for a pill or inhaler if it is bronchitis, but if its just like the cold, then he will tell you to get lots of rest and drink plenty of fluids!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be having to much dairy or it could be a chest infection, I suggest you see a doctor!.
