My blood type is O-!. It is so rare in my area!. I'm a donor upon request!. I mean, if I hear somebody need an O- blood then I go to the lab to donate!.

I'm an O negative myself, and although our blood can be used by many others, we're limited in who we can receive transfusions from!. Used to dnate all the time, but now I'm always getting requests, some bordering on harassment, so I stopped donating except to other O negatives!. Sometimes feel a little guilty about it, but it seems like the Red Cross would suck every drop out of me if they could!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Good for you! Type O is always in short supply!. I would love to be a donor, but cannot because of health reasons!. People who voluntarily give blood, destined to people unknown to them, are some of the best in our society!. I say this quite emphatically!. You are the best we have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
