Its possible that you are exhibiting symptoms of calcium deficiency !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. achy bones, insomnia, digestive issues such as bloating and cramping, nausea, constipation, irritability and moodiness are all symptoms of calcium deficiency!.

Ditch the milk and dairy products for a while and eat more foods rich in calcium such as leafy and green vegies, tofu, sardines, organic peanuts, collard greens, broccolli and kale !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. eat more foods rich in vitamin D as well to ensure the effective assimilation of calcium ie ~ salmon and sardines!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. it is possible that you have an intolerance to milk and dairy products as many many people do and this would be hindering effective calcium absorption!.

vitamin D is known as the sunshine vitamin so simply get 10 minutes per day of safe sun exposure if you don't like fish?

The fatigue and exhaustion are possibly symptoms of iron deficiency anemia !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. other symptoms of iron deficiency anemia are excessive feelings of being cold, nasty nasty headaches, dizzy spells and fainting feelings and paleness of skin!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. pull down the bottom lid of your eyelids and check the coloring of the inner lid !.!.!. pasty and pale is possibly anemic and rich and red is healthy!.

You should eat more foods rich in iron ie ~ lean red meats, egg yolks, oysters, organic nuts, beans, asparagus, unsulphured organic molasses and oatmeal!.

Take a multi B complex supplement including all the B's ie ~ B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folic acid etc!.!.!.!. as they work best together !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. iron needs vitamins B6, B12, calcium and vitamin D for effective assimilation !.!.!.!. don't buy any of the B complex of vitamins individually but rather as a whole complex as they rely on each other for effective assimilation !.!.!.!. a liquid form of the B complex would be easiest to assimilate !.!.!.!.!.!.the B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy neural, digestive and immune system functioning and will therefore help you to manage your stress levels on a daily basis!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. simply follow the instructions on the bottle!.

Drink at least 2 - 3 litres per day of fresh filtered water too !.!.!.!.!.!. you'd be amazed at how being just a little dehydrated can affect your mood and energy levels!.

Cut right back on coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol too (if you drink any of these) as not only will they all dehydrate you terribly but they will also rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins!.

Other things that will rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins are :- eating too much protein, eating too much tinned food, laxatives and diuretics, antiobiotics, antidepressants, penicillin, prednisone and aspirin, otc cold and flu medicines

hope this helps a bit

It depends on how long this has been going on and if you have a fever!. A doctor really needs to examine you and take a blood test!. You most likely need antibiotics!.
Save up some money, and look up "physicians" in the Yellow Pages, and find a doctor withOUT a big ad!. Call and tell them you don't have insurance and you'll be paying cash!. They should give you a discount, and if it's a caring doctor ,(there still are a lot of those!!!) s/he will WANT to help you and should give you a break! One visit will hopefully do the trick!. You want a doctor who is not real busy!. That does NOT mean s/he is no good!.
If it's only been 4-5 days, hopefully it's just the flu and will go away by itself!. But if you get a fever over 102!.5, you MUST go to a clinic!. Call your local library and ask for "reference!." They have all the resources to tell you where you can go!.
Bless you and good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
