You can buy Extra Virgin Olive Oil at any grocery!. Look in the cooking oil section and there is usually a section just for the olive oil!. You can apply the vitamin E oil to your skin!. Your skin will love you for it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can get EVOO (as Rachel Ray calls it) at any supermarket!
As to the vitamin E!? Not sure how you would go about using it !.!.!. but I strongly suggest you do NOT ingest (eat) it unless you learn from a homeopathic doctor or trained professional (nurse) exactly how much or in what way it's safe to do so!.
Just because something is a vitamin, it does NOT necessarily mean it's safe for consumption in its natural or virgin state!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

any grocery store, in the baking alse, i use it all the time instead of regular oil, as far the the vitamin e oil, if it is Virgin Palm Oil you can use it to cook with just like any other type of oil, it is better for you than wesson or crisco oils!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
