Question: How to keep young!? I am just 21, I look like 26 or more!.!?
Since I was in depression for more than 1 year!. I slept no well!. I cried too much!. My voice has changed!. My eyes have unremovable black circles and bags!.
I want to keep young, look as at my age!.
Any better ways!?

By the way, I am asian!. I am supposed to look younger at this age!. Everyone who first time see me thinks that I am married!. Actully I am so hurt that I have not even seriously dated!. I am just a student who look older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do things regularly that you really are passionate about & that you really enjoy doing!

Drink loads of fresh filtered water too as the happiest and healthiest body will always be the most hydrated one!.

Geez buddy, i'm sorry you've been through so much stress & grief!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. the way to regain that outer glow & youthfull look is to firstly try to find an effective method of dealing with the stress that we are all pretty much exposed to on a daily basis!.!.!.!.!.!. try to do things regularly that you really are passionate about & that you really enjoy doing !.!.!.!. that could be anything from throwing yourself into learning a new sporting activity to dancing wildly around your living room with really loud rock music blasting out around you !.!.!.!.!. that one appeals to me enormously buddy, seriously, i get out my imaginary electric guitar and jump up on stage with all the boys in the band and dance dance dance till i drop !.!.!.!. exhausted but with a huge smile on my face!.!.!.!.!.!. you have to grab life with both hands and squeeze each and every little last ounce of happiness out of it that you can!.!.!.!. that happiness & peace you feel will radiate on your face !.!.!. you'll shine!.
