my g/f is 4'11" and I am 6'2"!.!.!.will this cause any issues with physical interactions / contact!?

Usually tall people have long legs!. I'm sure this is the case with you!. The contact you are talking about does not include the legs, so see if your pelvic area to your lips comes close (measure it if you have to) to your girlfriends!.
