i heard phentermine loses its effectiveness in 3 mnths so i am thinking of taking it for a month and skippin 2weeks-one monh and then taking it again for a month!.!.!.would that b more effective or takin it for 3mnths straight!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I took it for 5 months straight then stopped!. I just started taking it again this week!. It never lost it effectiveness with me!. I have lost 42Ibs so far!. Some doctors say only 3 months but then other doctors say it's fine!. So it's really up to you if you want to spread it out!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
