You should go to the emergency room, they can run some blood work and see if your liver enzymes are elevated, and what ut blood count is and if you are dehydrated!. You may have appenedicitis or gall bladder problems, Or it could be just from the heat, how ever sever u are hurting!. drink some gatoraid if u can hold it down!. will make ur electrolytes go up and hydrate you!.!. also if u want to go to the e!.r!. they can check you out, maybe give you a shot for nausea!.
