Ambien Half-life?!
Question: Ambien Half-life!?
Could anyone tell me what the half-life for ambien is!? I only ask because when I take it I only get about 5 hours of sleep!.

it is only that 5 hrs of sleep that you'll get!. My sisters and I are all on Ambien and 1 tried the Ambien CR!. No difference!. Try to take benadryl at times instead and than try Ambien again in a week!. My Dr!. Recommended Benadryl liquid because when I was not sleeping full nights I was afraid I was becoming dependant on it!. Not so though!. Try it , It may work for you!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
Ambien, by design is only made to treat short term insomnia!. It is made to help you get to sleep!. (primary insomnia) It is not made to help prolong your sleep time!. If you're having trouble sleeping any longer than 5 hours you need to try a different sleep aid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
why not use melatonin caps !?
they are natural hormone and the recomended dose is 3-5 mg going up to 20mg
