My mother doesn't take care of herself?!

Question: My mother doesn't take care of herself!?
My mother (who is approaching her 60s) consumes a lot of butter, white flour, sugar, and animal fats!. She also suffers from high blood pressure, arthritis, fibromyalgia, obesity, and depression/anxiety!.

What are some natural supplements that will hopefully decrease the amount of prescriptions she needs to take!?

I'm worried about her, but she is set in her "meat and potato" ways!. It's her life, but I want to extemnd it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
the supplements will not really have much effect unless she changes her dietary habits!.!.!.!.sorry to say!.!.!.!.!.food can contribute to pain and inflammation so taking something natural will probably not be enough to overcome the effects of the diet, especially if she has been eating that way all her life!.!.!.!.for them to be effective she would have to give her body a chance to get rid of all the toxic stuff in order for the other to be effective!.!.!.!.!.from what you say!.!.she is not willing to do that!.!.!.!.!.Good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

She is educated!. She knows what is good or bad for her!. Butter and animal fats are not good!.!.!.!.she knows that!.
Address the depression!. The reason for the depression!. If her mental state is not corrected the eating state will not correct itself!. The other health problems will continue!. And she is not depressed because she is fat!. It is deeper than that!. Screw the supplements!. Meat and potatoes have allowed people to live till they are 100, along with attitude and activity!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless yo can get her to think your way, forget it!. I am almost that old, I don't take care of myself and I have a lot wrong with me!. I get so sick of trying to fight the diabetes, and all the other stuff!. It's her life!. Tell her how you feel about wanting her around longer, and maybe you can make a small difference, but probably not for long!. Did you happen to think maybe she doesn't want to live all that much longer!? I don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

natural supplements are not regulated by the FDA!. a better way to approach your mother's health is to keep the fridge and pantry filled with healthy foods: fresh fruits and veggies!. if it's not in the house she can not eat the bad stuff!. take a walk with her!. there are medicaid services as well as community resoures that can help you help your mom!.

Could you help her!? Cook for yourself and her!. Then you could ease her into healthy foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call her MDs & tell them what you are telling us!.
Sit down with her when she is calm & tell her your worries that she is going to die!.

Ask her to cook more lean proteins!.!.!.skinless chicken breast, turkey breast, salmon, sardines, tuna, mackerel, lake trout, tilapia, veal, low fat yogurt, lo fat cottage cheese, soy cheese; beans!.
Have her get whole grain flour or eat 100% whole wheat bread, etc, lo fat crackers, low salt crackers, Sweet 'N Low or Splenda as sugar substitutes!.
