Answers:
A cold sweat is technically sweating when your body is cold or you have the chills like when you have a flu or heat exhaustion, etc!.

If you don't already: Drink fluids before, during (every 20 min) & after your workout to make sure you don't get dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This happens to me too, You sweat to cool your body down and i think its proberly where the wind blowing against you cools it down!. I really wouldnt worry about it!. Unless you feel ill while it happens dont worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
