Is it normal to feel depressed on a regular basis?!


Question: Is it normal to feel depressed on a regular basis!?
Practically everyday there's always something that gets me down!. I could be happy one minute but then I remember something that's been bothering me, and then I'll be like "Wow today SUCKS so much" for the rest of the day!.
If somebody asks what's bothering me, I can't really explain and I'll just say "It's just one of those days"!.

If the most trivial thoughts or circumstances get you down on a regular basis and happiness doesn't seem to be as present in your life as you believe it should, you could be suffering from Major Depressive Disorder (MDD)!. Negative affirmations ("Wow, today SUCKS so much!") that you hear in your thoughts, coming from yourself, can be ever-present with MDD and make things seem worse than they really are!. It might be worth looking in to with your Doctor, and though it's not 'normal' it is treatable with medications, therapy and/or a combination of both!. If you really are suffering from a despressive disorder, it's nothing to beat yourself up over and it's not necessarily in your control!.!.!. sometimes our bodies just don't function the way that they're supposed to and that can make us feel like we're sitting under a rain cloud day in and day out!.!.!. so don't set it aside, treat it and seek out a better way of life for yourself!. ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com
