How to avoid bad experiences with pot?!


Question: How to avoid bad experiences with pot!?
I've been smoking weed for a while and I really used to love it until recently!. I've stopped liking it and have started to have bad highs!. It's nothing like a panic attack or anything, I just kind of get paranoid and really over analyze everything!. I get so caught up thinking about things that I become really slow and almost unresponsive to things going on around me!.

Real answers only please, I already know this is a sign I should stop smoking but I really just wish there was some way I could enjoy being high like I have before!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been smoking now for about 5 years!. I've had times in my life where i've had bad highs and its turned me off to smoking sometimes for months!. What i've figured out is that when i'm going through something very difficult in my life, then smoke, its a bad high -- every time!. Is there anything going on in your life that you need to deal with thats taking a lot out of you emotionally!? If so, your body is probably telling you to deal with that first before enjoying a good evening smoke!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have never been personally high!. The worst thing I've done was hooka!. None of that I've enjoyed, only did just to make my friends happy!. I'm not an expert but I suggest for you to try something new out!. Possibly just stopping for a bit and then coming back will bring in the good old days!.
Most likely what is happening, I think, is that you body starts to get damaged and it is no longer the same!. I think you need to lay off of smoking and let the body recover and then if you feel like smoking again go back and try!. I wouldn't recommend doing so though!. You are smoking too much and that is why it is happening!. You need to quit for awhile, and if you feel you must start up again, set a limit of a small amount and stick to it!. Just like one drink will relax you, a bottle will make you sick!.!.!. same idea!. Best thing is to quit completely, but you know that!. Second best is just to stop for awhile and then if you resume, a much smaller controlled amount!. Stop thinking of all the negative things!. Like being to high!. I know sometimes if i think im to high and i start driving i kind of have short shaky nevous breakdowns!. Have you recently changed where you got your supply from!? Has your supplier changed sources!? Maybe if it's been a different formulation lately it could be throwing you off!.

But mainly I think you do just need to cut back!. Stick to more mellow strains and wean yourself down to just casual, occasional smoking!. And then maybe give it a rest altogether before starting up again slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you've been smoking for awhile now, the reason your highs are no longer as enjoyable is that you've built up a tolerance to THC!. My recommendation would be either to take about a month-long break from smoking, or buy dank instead of regular mids!. This will, without a doubt, bring your old high back :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe when you use to smoke weed you were worry free!. Now things have probably changed for you , maybe a few problems here and their!. I know I remember i would smoke and I mostly felt paranoid!. There should be a point where you know you've had enough, then you should stop!.

Moderation is the answer! Sometimes you need to take a break!. Doing the same thing all the time becomes tedious & boring!. Make it a special event instead of a daily one!. Perhaps you should buy from a different person!? If it's not that, it could be a reaction to things going on in your life!. Try to take things easy and don't smoke unless you're feeling nice already, because it may be amplifying your feelings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This started to happen to me also!. I began to curb it by drinking a beer or two before hand!. But be careful you can send yourself straight to a hangover if you drink to much before you smoke!. If you are under 21 I don't know what to tell you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body has adjusted to it or you are getting laced pot!.!.!.I would consider getting some kind of rehab-or something because your system has worn out the welome for pot YOU WILL get into harder drugs!.!.If you serious call a NA(NarcAnonymous) group in your area!. for me i go through phases where itll be great and then every like 4 monthes getting high will just suck!. so i usually stop for anywhere from 3-6 weeks and then it becomes great again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was in my teens and 20's during the 70's!. So there was lots around everywhere !.!.and all the time!.

After about 10 yrs!. I found it got boring!. I got bored with having my head feeling unclear!.
I also started getting panic attacks, esp in crowds or closed in places!.

Its been 25 yrs, and I still have sympathic panic attacks, just from the learning I acquired, at that time!.

Get the THC out of your system and you'll feel better!.
Move on in life!.

There was an ad campaign back then!.

Also, the kids at work tell me pot is laced with meth frequently now!.

I get that too!. I have a really negative internal dialogue!. I have heard that some strands are meant to be anti-anxiety, so you should look for those!. What helps me is eating or watching TV, because then there's something for you can get sucked into and distract you from what's going on around you!. Plus people don't think you're really weird if you're not talking much if you're eating or watching TV!.

It also depends who you smoke around!. I used to be fine smoking, and then I started doing it with this one cousin of my mine!. She was always really judgmental and insulting, although she didn't mean to be!. I would get really anxious around her when I was high, even though we smoked together!. Then I started always getting anxious, no matter who I smoked with!. Just surround yourself with good people!. When I'm with my boyfriend I don't get as anxious!.

Also, I realize when I smoke that I sometimes take short shallow breathes!. When I slow down and make sure I take slow, deep breaths, it really calms me down!.
