This has happened to me a few times when I get REALLY REALLY scared of being sick or thinking of death!. It's called a panic attack!. Your mind gets so overwhelmed with fear that it causes your heart to race and then oxygen and blood can't get to your brain!. Most people end up fainting but some people are able to control it!. But trust me it's a panic attack, I know all about themWww@Answer-Health@Com
Heat and being dehydrated from drinking alcohol could have done it!. If it happens again though see your doctor ASAP!.
It also could have been a panic or anxiety attack from hearing about your friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

In all honesty, all of the above!.
Hope you're feeling better now!. Drink lots of water, and if that doesn't help, I recommend a visit to the doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
