It will eventually wear off but please don't do that again!. Caffeine is a heart stimulant and can make your heart pump harder and faster!. You should be OK this time but be careful!.

Not really much you can do except eat something like a peanut butter sandwich!. Just something "wholesome" that will stick with you!

The reason for suggesting the sandwich is to attempt to "soak" up the caffeine out of the intestines!. It does work for that purpose!. however, the best advice is to go to the ER!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Theanine, which is in green tea!. (but it has caffeine) Reverses caffeines effect!.

Piracetam!.

Herbal sleepy time tea may help!.

Valium, Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan and the rest of the benzo's!.

Magnesium, niacin

Prescription sleeping pills!. (not over the counter)

Hopefully you have one of those things I've mentioned above!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you took that many you may want to head over to the emergency room or call a poison control center if you are in the US!. That much caffeine can cause something called tachycardia (or accelerated heartbeat) which can be fatal in some cases!. Please call your doctor if you do nothing else!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to CALL a POISON Control Center IMMEDIATELY! The link below has ALL your information, symptoms, effects, etc!.

Peanut Butter Sandwiches DO NOT HELP!!! (what nut brain would recommend THIS!!?!?!?!!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go for a long walk, run, even exercise for 30-60 minutes!. If you start getting sick or have severe chest pains get to hospital ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
