Question: Stomach ache, headache, fever!?

I have a stomach ache, a headache and a fever and I have no appetite

I have had the stomach ache and headache for a week, but the fever has just started!.!.!. anyone know what is wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you most likely have the flu!. take tylenol, drink alot of water, and rest as much as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
