How do I report my Doctor's office for fraud?!

Question: How do I report my Doctor's office for fraud!?
I received a $468 bill from my doctor's office that I felt was really high!. I had gone to the hospital the day before because I felt a funny heaviness in my chest!. So anyway, upon my arrival the nurse weighed me and took my blood pressure!. The doctor came in and talked to me for a grand total of 10 minutes and listened to my heart!. He ordered a panel of general health labs for me and I was out the door!. So when I called about the bill, at first they said $360 was for paperwork and the rest they didn't have any idea!. I asked to have the doctor call me!. Evidently he refused to do so, because the billing office called me back and said he was charging me for a complete physical and the only things he didn't do were the breast and pelvic exams! This is a blatant lie and fraud! I told the billing office I'm refusing to pay and if he doesn't call me back and talk to me, I'm taking him to court!. I've filed a complaint with the BBB!. What else can I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Doctors and hospitals are all part of corporate America (like the oil corporations, pharmacies, etc)!. They all have a license to steal and it's very hard to beat them!. There is really no price limit to any of the services, tests, etc that they provide because the overall price of health care is skyrocketing everywhere!. Prices are going up at alarming rates each year with no limit in sight!. To be honest, no price would surprise me anymore!. I hesitate greatly to go to any doctor or hospital unless I have full insurance or know in advance exactly what I am paying!. You better believe I get a price quote if I'm paying cash!. When you have an industry that is unregulated and uncontrolled, they are going to sock it to you!. It's doubtful you would win a case in court and they probably don't take the Better Business Bureau seriously!. Any answer they give to the BBB will be justified!. The courts would agree to any justification as well, because this is corporate America now!. The health care industry pays the MOST of anyone to Washington to protect their interests!. They have the lawmakers in their pockets!. This carries over to the elected officials, judges, etc!. They are almost always going to side with the industry!. The only exceptions are when you have BIG multi million dollar cases with big time lawyers and big money at stake!. Like malpractice, and major law suits against hospitals and doctors for negligence, etc!. But a billing issue, no way you'll win!. They will sue you if you don
