What's up with my sinuses?!
Question: What's up with my sinuses!?
I recently contracted a cold and about 4 days into it, my sinuses went crazy!. Within an hour my sinuses were in a ton of pain and I could feel the pressure!. I figured I had a sinus infection, but I had been taking Amoxicillin for my cold so I'm not sure why exactly I would have contracted a sinus infection because the Amoxicillin would have killed the bacteria starting to grow, unless the bacteria moved up to my sinuses!. I have continued to take Amoxicillin for three days now and used Afrin Sinus nasal spray as well as a sinus flush system (basically a sinus duche)!. The sinus flush system definitely cleared out my sinuses, however, the pain is still here and is really irritating me!. I also have been feeling rather nausiated lately and extremely tired!. Let me know what I can do to permanently relieve this pain and make me feel up to par! Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Try steam/vapors to get the juices flowing up there!. It will help relieve the pressure and constrict the blood cells!. You also may be dehydrated, which cause headaches!.
I had the same symptoms but didn't take anything for it because none of those low grade antibiotics ever work for me!. Bacteria and viruses are sneaky and IMO have evolved past the medicine we use for them!.
Sound like your body is still fighting the bug!. Just get plenty of rest and drink lots of preferably hot liquids!.

go to your doctor!.!. if it's a sinus infection (which ususally does last about a week) then you should be on a drug that starts with a "C" but i can't remember the name of it for the life of me!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
