Question: I am lactose intolerant!. Where can I find a list of products that contain lactose!?
I am very lactose intolerant!. Obviously I know about the common foods that contain lactose, but I am looking for a list or a website that gives details about hidden lactose in foods!. Apparently McDonald's french fries and some orange soda's contain lactose and I am looking for more foods like this so I can avoid them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing to do is to ask!. Look at the ingredients on foods at the grocery store and restaurant chains have online information that lists allergens!.
