Question: Sweating problem ruining my life when i go riding!?
in summer i get so unbelievably sweaty when i have ridden its horrible i go red but i always have done since i was a kid so i dont care about that anymore, and my body doesnt sweat just my head and face cos im wearing a hat and its making me miserable i feel so self concious i cant take my hat off infront of everyone at my yard i have 2 go sumwher else like the car and then take it off and like try to avoid people cos my hairs soaking wet its making me miserable :(

That's just the way your body cools off!.!.!.!.I do it too!. I have long blonde hair and if I start sweating!.!.!.!.it's BAAAAD! My friends call it the man sweats!. It's just something you're going to have to get use to!. You can't fix it!. Your body is just cooling off the way it should!.

I wish I could tell you a trick that works!. Unfortunately I haven't found one!. On the 4th of July we had to walk in the parade!. I kept my long curly hair down so no one could see how bad I sweat!. Then, afterwards; I pulled it up!. Of course, the Firefighters KNOW how bad I sweat, so they don't really matter!. ;~P
I usually wear a cap/hat and even if I sweat in the hat, it's better than the sweat running down my face!. My mom, dad, and now my son all sweat the same way!. It's nasty - I know!. Unfortunately, that's just the way it is!. Make a joke about it! Show people you're really not afraid of working up a sweat!!!
You could always tie your hair up in a do rag - that's just doing the same as a hat tho!. Covering it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well how about not wearing a hat!. your head is where you lose most of your heat from, so if you have a full head of hair, a hat on and are doing exercise, then its no wonder you are overheating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stop being so self conscious about it!. People understand that wearing a hat means your going to sweat and in turn your hair is going to get wet!. It's just part of being out in the heat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Buy a beanie hat, so when u take off the hat put the beanie on that way no one will see the sweat!.
An when u get home you can then let your head cool off!.
