I almost fainted after the doctor took blood. Is that normal?!


Question: I almost fainted after the doctor took blood!. Is that normal!?
After a few minutes the doctor took blood from me, I almost fainted!. I couldn't see anything!. I went back to him, he told me to lay down and I did, then I became OK!.

It can be for some yes!. The sight of their own blood bothers them or the anxiety some people feel about having their blood taken or tested!.

Talk to your doctor the next time you see him and talk to him more about your experience!. There could be an underlying medical issue, but most likely it was nerves!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, if he took out a large amount of blood!.

That usually happens when people donate bags
and bags of blood!.
But it can happen from like 2 tubes of blood to 2 bags of blood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might have low blood pressure or maybe you didnt eat anything or drink anything beforehand!. Make sure you eat something light before you take blood next timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
