Question: I havent slept in 62 hours and I STILL can't get to sleep!. Help!?
I counted the hours back and I haven't been to sleep in 62 hours and counting!. I know, it's ridiculous, right!!? I REALLY want to go to sleep but I can't doze off for the life of me!. I was lying awake for hours today and I didn't fall to sleep once!. I have had hot baths, I've listened to relaxing music and I've even tried drinking alcohol!. None of it is working!. How on earth do I put my body to sleep!? I'm not tired what so ever, but I know I need sleep to function properly!. Please, help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, this is a normal thing that everyone at least experiences it once!. The most likely thing is that there is something on your mind that you cant get out!.
Household problems!? Social problems!? Financial Problems!? Etc!.
Another thing may be that you are not comfortable in you environment and should try seeking some medical help!. Another way would be the old method, try counting yourself to sleep!. Furthermore, do not try to use the ocmputer anymore, the rays from these are affecting your health!. If you are not sleepy then it is the problem that you are not comfortable in your evironment!. Try thinking what makes you sleep well, a healthy snack, meal, movie, etc!.
Also you could try asking your doctor about prescription medicine or sleeping tablets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are serious, have someone take you to the emergency room!. Not sleeping for the period of time you are indicating can be very dangerous!. It is not normal to be awake for 62 hours straight hon!. Get this checked out ASAP so that you can get to the root of the problem and get the rest your body truly needs!. If you can't sleep then you can't sleep!. Perhaps your circadian rhythm is out of whack, but everything should be back to normal!. Im assuming things have been normal for you the past day or two, but dont force yourself to sleep, your body will do that for you when the time comes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thats what i usually notice with all my friends, when they cant sleep [or myself]!. try drinking hot tea or milk before you go to bed!.!.!. and then try really hard to relax and no matter what, dont give up on falling asleep!.!.!. eventually ur body will get relaxed and give in and doze off!.!.!. if u absolutely cannot sleep then definately go to the doctor!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

but before that!.!.!. maybe you can go jogging around your neighborhood in the evening, take a warm shower, drink warm milk, turn off your lights (make sure its pitch dark in there and have very little to no noise in your room) and see what happens!.

Go take some allergy medication!. It knocks me right out!. Take some, read a good book!. Make it quiet though!.
