Messed up sleeping scedule?!
Question: Messed up sleeping scedule!?
Well i love staying up late, until 5 am!. but i hate the feeling you get when you wake up in mid afternoon, all weak and just blah!.
So i tried to fix it by staying up all night and all day that did'nt work, i fell asleep at 8:30!. So now my sleeping schedule is even more messed than before bc now i wont be tired until 7 in the morning!.
im 13 and i wanna know how to get back on my sleeping schedule, like going to bed at 1 and waking up at 10 or something like that!. bc my parents are to happy that i was wide awake when they left for work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow well i suggest slowly trying to get onto a normal sleeping schedual!. like dont rush into the whole 8:30 thing!. also durring the day try exersizing alot,it will get you a little tired, and dont eat anything within 3 hours of going to bed everynight!. also i uused to use sleepytime tea!. it sounds dumb but its so good and really relaxing!. good luck, tell me how you make out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can try taking Melatonin - it's a chemical in your brain that regulates sleep schedule and people use it frequently to get normalized while experiencing jet lag!. Just take a capsule 30 mins before you want to fall asleep and you should be back to normal in a few days!.!.!. It's found in the OTC section with the herbs in pharmacies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can do a lot of pshiscal work during the day--enough to make you real tired!. then, dont do exercise after 6;, and dont eat after 6!. at 9, take a good warm soak in the tub, grab a good book, relax, and let a fan run in your room--clear all racing thoughts from your mind;, then you will start getting sleepy !. this should help get you sleep pattern back on schedule!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Drink caffein to get you through the day awake, and then take a nighttime Tylenol or something to get you to sleep at night until you sleep and wake up at the right times naturally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can also try chamomile (in tea or in a capsule) before you go to bed!.!.!.you can pick (the capsule) at like an alternative health type place or the tea at any grocery store probably!.!.!.or the melatonin which was already said!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Warm milk - it's not a wive's tale!. Doesn't even have to be warm, actually!. Try turkey, too!. And/or tylenol PM, over-the-counter sleep aids, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
