Yes you can!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.absolutely!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you always reserve the right to refuse care, but if you cannot communicate your refusal (i!.e!. you are unconscious), then it is assumed you want to be offered all measures possible to survive by those trained to do so!. There are forms available that state what all you would like done to you to rescusitate you, but there is no where to specify refusal for a particular person!. So unless you can communicate your refusal beforehand, that nurse can provide care for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you can!. I don't know of any laws against it!. Just tell her that you don't want her and you want to talk to her supervisor!. Tell the supervisor what the problem is and she should get someone else to care for you!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Call the hospital and have it put in your chart!. You can refuse to be treated by a person (doctor, nurse or tech) without citing a reason!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah that would be right!. command for another nurseWww@Answer-Health@Com
