No, you cannot develop a "scab" in the mouth, because they are fast dividing cells!.

You can get a deep cut and have it simply clot and spill out, but it will not stay put and scap over!.

Wounds in the mouth heal quickly unless you have an ulcer in the mouth known as a type of herpes virus!. But blistering ulcers are not scabs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
