With the history of kidney infection, I would say a congenital blockage in the urinary tract would be the most likely thing!. How long a wait to see the specialist!. The pediatric urologists and nephrologists in our area see these children within a few days of referral if not sooner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The enlargement would be due to the blockage or malformation of a ureter, leading to the bladder!. Somehow, I just feel that is it, and offer no other options, from experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

he needs to be followed by a nephrologist!. ask the pediatrician for a referral!. take a list of your questions & concerns and have them answered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
