I don't know who told you that you had ADHD, but they are pretty misinformed!. You're just fine!. People have different shapes for their hands and feet!. Some people have all fingers the same length, for example!. It's just human variation!. If it is not uncomfortable for you to walk, then you're fine!.
When I was born, some bones in my feet didn't ossify correctly, so instead of having one nicely formed bone, I have tiny bones rubbing each other!.
It hurts and I have a lot of issues because I can't stand for too long, etc!. But your feet look perfectly normal!.
