Answers:
yes, that happened to me once!. I was having a dream (more like a nightmare) about choking and when I awakened I found myself holding my breath!. This happens sometimes but your natural body senses will wake you!.

No reason to be afraid to go to sleep!. Just relax!. It's normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of the time, something in the background will trigger a dream!. Like the TV, Doorbell, Knocking, Car Horn, Phone, whatever!. I would say, you were choking maybe just swallowed saliva in your sleep and it went down the wrong way!.!.!.or allergies!. I am sure you will be fine!. If you don't know if you have allergies, you might want to get to a ear, nose, and throat specialist!. ( allergist ) I hate it when a stupid song is playing in the background on my TV and I wake up and can not get the stupid thing out of my head!. Many of times when someone knocked on my door or the phone rang!.!.!.it threw me into a dream about it!. Everything from neighbors to the police knocking at my door!.!.!.LOL I turn my phones off a lot when I need sleep because once I wake up!.!.!.I have to take more sleep meds to get to sleep again!. Good Luck to ya!.!.!.I'm sure you will be fine!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, well in my dream i was being suffocated and when i woke up i was actually suffocating my self with my pillow!!
but i really doubt u will have that happen again cuz usually that doesnt happen very often,so just go 2 sleep without worrying about it
