I have trouble sleeping at night?!


Question: I have trouble sleeping at night!?
i'll go to my bed at 11:00 at night, but will look at the clock and it will say 2:30 or sometimes 3:00Www@Answer-Health@Com

hi there!.!. alot of the times this problem is caused by stress, and sometimes we lay in bed and think about what he have done through out that day or what we want to achieve the next !.!.!.!. try having music that you enjoy on on a very low volume witch can relax the mind and will assist you in falling asleep!.!.!.

You first need to deal with the reason why you are staying awake!. Are you stressed!? Are you working on the computer, watching TV, or other stimulating events right before bed!? It takes your body awhile to wind down, so you shouldn't do these things too close to bedtime!.

Remember, the actions you take all day long effect the quality and quantity of sleep you get at night (ie-caffeine intake, foods that you eat)!.

Make a sleep plan and stick to it!. To get started, you'll need to wake up earlier than normal for a few days (so that you are actually tired at night)!. Remember NO NAPS while you are trying to reset your biological clock! After you do this for a few days, your body should start to reset itself and create a new habit of going to sleep at a certain time!. Once you've established a decent time, be sure to stick with it, or you'll have to start the reset process all over again!
