What is the sodium content in salt!? I'm on a low-sodium diet but salt hasn't had anything warning me about high sodium so I've used it [in big amounts] on everything I eat! I will be devastated if I can't use it! Can someone please help!? Thank you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are on a low-sodium diet, you need to basically eliminate salt from your diet!. sodium is salt!. they probably don't warn you about high-sodium because they probably just assume you know that salt is sodium!. It's okay to have a little, but don't eat salty foods and don't put any extra salt on your food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will need medication to help release the fluid out of your body!. It very important that you try not to include sodium in your diet!. The food has sodium already in it!. There are other seasoning on the market,!. You would be surprise how good they are!. The more you use them!. You will not miss the taste of salt!.One example of a seasoning with out salt is Mrs!. Dash!. Oh when you are on a low-sodium diet that mean do not add salt in food!. your health is very important!. You don't want to have to deal with health problem that can be avoided!. Please tell me you are joking!. Sodium is basically salt!. Didn't you learn this in school!? Sorry but salt is not a part of your diet!. Haven't you ever noticed why things like chips have a high sodium content!. They taste salty for a reason!. I hope you're not on this diet for health reasons from your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
