I have a ball like thing in my jawline. What do you think this could be?!

Could be a swollen lymph gland!. Is it just below your ear!? If so, it's most likely a lymph node/gland!. They usually become swollen with sore throats and will go away when the throat soreness goes!.

If you're running a fever with this or notice other swollen glands in your body, you should see a doctor!. Lymph nodes all throughout your body!. The most common ones to swell are below each ear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be something common like a cyst but it could be something a little more dangerous!. You need to go see your physician as soon as possible and let him tell you what it is and whether or not it is serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

is it painful!? if so then it could be an abcess and there pretty painful but should be gone in a couple of days!.!.!.
If its not painful then go to the doctors asap it might be something more serious
