It depends on if you are talking short term or long term!. Over the short term 10-30 minutes might not feel like much on a daily basis!. However, our bodies have what we call a "sleep debt" that is ongoing!. If you sleep 30 minutes less a day, you will feel the effects of it over the course of a few days!. After a little over two weeks, you will have lost a whole nights sleep! It's important to get the required sleep each night!. If you are only getting up early once in awhile, it is okay!. If you start doing it everyday, it could lead to more time in your sleep debt bank!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it depends on the person!.

There's a lot of people who can go to bed 8 hours one night, 6 the next, 4 after that, 8 1/2 another, 3 another, etc!., and they might not feel much of a difference!. On the otherhand, this girl missed one hour of sleep more than usual, and was cranky the whole day!. If you want to find out, test it out on yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Thirty minutes to an hour!. I need a lot of sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every MINUTE matters for me!. I hate to lose sleep at all!. I love sleeping!. I could have been a ferret!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
