When im sleeping i get this paralyzed feeling and i wanna open my eyes has anyon!
Question: When im sleeping i get this paralyzed feeling and i wanna open my eyes has anyone had that before!?
i can hear my tv on and im trying to open my eyes and yell for someone to wake me up but it comes out in a whisper and then i feel like if im getting electrucuted and if i fight with it, it gets stronger!. It actually hurts and when i finally do wake up my whole body feels like jello and fingers help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had that happen and I think it actually has a name too!. Maybe "sleep paralysis" or something!? I can't remember!. But I think it has something to do with your brain waking up before the rest of your body does!.!.!.some parts kick back in before others do!. It's kind of creepy/annoying though!Www@Answer-Health@Com
The same has happened to me!. It's scary when you can't move!. Like some kind of force is holding you down!. I've talked to my friends about this and the strange thing is that only girls gets it!. isnt that weird!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah i get that all the time!!!! :( i don't know what it is but it happens only some nights, but the nights it does happen, it happens frequently so i can't sleep well!Www@Answer-Health@Com
it is called sleep paralysis!. Don't worry it's nothing harmful and a lot of people experience it!. Research it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
