We stop breathing properly and the yawn is the body's response to not getting enough oxygen!.!.!.so it takes in a large amount in the form of a yawn!. When we are tired or bored we tend to breathe too shallow, and that can trigger a yawn!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yawning does go back to a lack of oxygen!. When you are tired or bored your breathing slows down!. Thus, you get a lower does of oxygen in your body to your brain!. And then comes the faithful yawn!.!.!. *yawn* shew!.!.!. That answer took to much energy!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
