Question: I can't get more sleep, but how can I get better sleep!?
I'm a very busy person and can only get to bed at 12 pm each night!. I have to wake up at 7 in the morning!.
I need more sleep, but can't go to bed earlier or get up later!.

meditate before sleeping!.!.!. this should clear your mind and help you fall into a deeper sleep!!!! but really you should be making every effort to get more sleep because you need to have just over 9 hours of sleep every night and if you don't it will all add up in sleep debt until oneday your body will just breakdown!!!!! this could be shown in different ways, ie: your immune/digestive system won't function as efficiently etc etc!!! so your pretty much putting your health at risk!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Avoid sleeping pills, they prohibit the deeper stages of sleep!. No caffeine after 3pm!. Don't exercise a few hours before bed!. Only sleep in your bed, don't watch TV, or use a laptop, this will train your body that the bed is for sleeping!. Go to bed at the same time ever night, which will also train your body!. There is no sleep disorder in your case!. It is you, you only going to bed by 12 pm daily and getting up 7 in the morning!. Try to go to bed by finishing your programs well in advance!. If you are not getting sleep means then you have to think of all other ways out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try to to bought a medicine that can cause you to sleep!. Or buy an alarm clock and set the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to find time to get more rest!.!.!.!.!. 7 hours aint enough u need 8-10 hours!.
